Our Approach to Care Training

Affinity Training works closely with employers to ascertain and meet both their care home training requirements and the needs of their employees. A wide range of nationally accredited qualifications which are focused on meeting the needs of the healthcare sector are available to employers. Affinity Training utilises a range of different learning methods with the aim of delivering as much as possible in the care home, in accordance with requirements of employers.

Securing government funding support for programmes both directly through sources such as the Governments Employer Training Pilot scheme or Skills for Care (TOPPS), and indirectly through working in partnership with FE colleges and other agencies, are key aims of Affinity Training. This approach ensures a cost effective care home training solution for the employer across all business areas.
